Things you need to know before ordering:​

• Every persons hair is different in thickness and texture. You should have your hair assessed by us (for free) before ordering hair.

• Not all hair is created equal, so depending on how much maintenance you want to deal with, and the longevity of the hair , you should have a consultation before ordering. 

• Not all install methods are created equal either, below is a table we have created FROM OUR OWN EXPERIENCE with these brands (as well as others we have tried) so you can judge what direction you would like to go. 

• We have been in the business of hair extensions for years and have had a lot of experience with the different methods. Each method has its ups and downs, but hopefully this will help you decide what best suites your needs. 

• We believe the absolute best method to use for someone who only wants the extensions for special occasions is the halo method. For those who want a full-time wear, tape-ins are your best bang for your buck.

Tips for extension types: 

• Avoid har brushing. Always use a WetBrush. 

• Avoid sulfates when possible. Try to use a sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. 

• To avoid 'slipping' do not put conditioner on your extension bond (i.e. on your scalp) 

• Avoid swimming, especially in salt water. This is especially true for tape-in extensions. 

• You cannot color your hair while you extensions are in your hair.

• Glam Seamless: 

  • Extra-Virgin Tape-In Hair: Hair cost ~$400 

    • Includes 40 pieces 

    • Hair can be reused for up to 12 months 

    • Thicker than their Remy hair 

    • Tape is very high quality and does not leave a sticky residue in the hair. However, it does not stick in the hair as well as the Cinderella tape. 

  • Remy Hair Tape-In Hair: Hair cost ~$300 

    • Includes 20 pieces 

    • Hair can be residue for 4-6 months

    • Thinner than their extra virgin hair 

    • The tape is not recommended as it leave a sticky residue and can sometimes get stuck in the hair 

 

• Donna Bella: 

  • Tape-in: Hair cost ~$350 

    • Includes 10 pieces 

    • Hair can be reused for up to 6-8 months 

    • The tape is not recommended as it leave a sticky residue and can sometimes get stuck in the hair 

  • Micro-link: Hair cost ~$300 

    • Includes 20 pieces 

    • Hair can be reused for up to 6-8 months 

 

• Cinderella: 

  • Tape-in: Hair cost: ~$350 

    • The absolute best tape. Does not leave a residue and stays in the hair well. The hair is a bit more expensive to purchase, you will spend about $20 for tape each time you have to install. 

  • Fusion: Hair cost: ~$500 

    • Not recommended. Very hard on the hair. The most expensive method to choose from. 

  • Microlink: Hair cost: ~$300 

    • Includes 20 pieces 

    • Hair can be reused for up to 6-8 months
